I was born and raised in Las Vegas, and not the “moved here in college” kind. I mean the kind where I remember what the 215 looked like before it was finished. This city is home, and helping people find their place in it is what gets me up every morning.
I went to UNLV for math. Yes, math. And honestly, it's one of the best things I ever did for my real estate career. When I'm analyzing comps, building pricing strategies, or negotiating a deal, that analytical brain kicks in hard. Numbers don't lie, and I use them to make sure my clients win.
Before real estate, I was a substitute teacher with Clark County. I loved it. The patience, the explaining things seventeen different ways until someone's face lights up with understanding. That's exactly how I approach real estate. I will never rush you, never talk over your head, and never stop until you feel confident about every decision.
